Services

I provide consultation to therapists by phone or Zoom to support the assessment and treatment of OCD. Consultation may include identifying OCD symptoms and presentations, developing creative Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) ideas, creating individualized fear hierarchies and treatment plans, addressing compulsions, avoidance, and reassurance-seeking, troubleshooting challenges that arise during ERP, addressing family accommodation, and finding appropriate OCD referrals and specialty resources.
